We're here to help you get the most out of BioStat
Make sure you've granted BioStat permission to access HealthKit. Go to your iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > BioStat and ensure all required permissions are enabled. After enabling, force quit and reopen the app.
BioStat updates predictions when new health data is available. Ensure your Apple Watch is syncing properly with your iPhone. Try opening the Health app to trigger a sync, then return to BioStat. You can also pull down on the main screen to manually refresh.
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices. Check that your Apple Watch is connected in the Watch app on your iPhone. If issues persist, try unpairing and re-pairing your Apple Watch.
First, try restarting the app. If features still don't appear, go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Ensure you're signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase. If problems continue, contact us with your purchase receipt.
Complications are a Pro feature. Ensure you have an active Pro subscription. To add a complication: long-press your watch face, tap Edit, swipe to the complication area, and select BioStat from the list.
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If that doesn't work, restart your Apple Watch (press and hold the side button, then slide to power off). As a last resort, delete and reinstall the app - your iCloud-synced data will be restored if you're a Pro user.
Predictions are based on your health data and survey responses. Review your survey answers in Settings to ensure they're accurate. The model uses population statistics, so individual predictions are estimates. Significant health changes may take a few days to fully reflect in predictions.
Tap the Settings app on your iPhone's home screen.
This opens your Apple ID settings.
You'll see a list of all your active subscriptions.
Tap on the BioStat subscription to manage it.
Confirm cancellation. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
